This one is for my beetroot lovers! I know there is a lot of you all! So many people wonder if I cook beetroot first before using it in smoothies or juices; the answer is no. All I do is peel the beetroot and cut it up. So don't cook your beetroot for things like juices and smoothies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup beetroots‑ uncooked
- 1/2 cup blueberries‑ I prefer frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberries‑ I like frozen
- 300 ml coconut water
