All products sold on HealthyThandi are digital downloads (e-books) delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all e-book purchases are generally non-refundable.

Please make sure you read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Issues With Your Purchase

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will gladly help resolve it:

• You did not receive your download link

• The file will not open or download properly

• You were charged incorrectly

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
