Ingredients

  • 1 large white nectarine (skin on, stone removed)
  • ¾–1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ frozen banana (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1–2 cups coconut water or oat milk
  • Choose one:
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime (highly recommended)

Directions

  1. Add the liquid (coconut water or oat milk) to the blender first.
  2. Add frozen mango, nectarine pieces, and banana if using.
  3. Add flax seeds or hemp seeds if desired.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and glossy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more liquid and blend again.
  6. Serve immediately.
