Ingredients

  • 6–8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • Peanut butter (about 1–2 tbsp total)
  • Thin pieces of 85–90% dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Slice each Medjool date open lengthwise and remove the pit if needed.
  2. Add a small spoonful of peanut butter into the centre of each date.
  3. Use just enough to fill the date without overpowering the natural sweetness.
  4. Place a thin piece of dark chocolate into the peanut butter filling.
  5. Slice the stuffed dates in half if desired and enjoy immediately
