Ingredients

  • 2 medium pineapples
  • 3 small pears
  • 4 carrots
  • 20 g fresh turmeric root
  • Pinch of fine black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks, removing the core if needed.
  3. Wash the pears and remove stems, coring if preferred.
  4. Scrub the carrots well and trim the ends.
  5. Peel the turmeric carefully and chop into smaller pieces.
  6. Cut all ingredients into juicer-friendly sizes.
  7. Juice in this order: pineapple, pears, carrots, then turmeric.
  8. Add a pinch of black pepper to the finished juice and stir well.
  9. Strain if a smoother texture is preferred.
  10. Serve immediately.
