Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Dates (to taste)
  • 1–2 cups milk (unsweetened recommended)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Chocolate protein powder or cacao powder
  • Chia seeds
  • Ground flaxseed
