Ingredients

  • 1½ cups sweetened macadamia nut milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane mushroom powder
  • (or substitute reishi or chaga)
  • ½ tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder (or carob powder)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp date syrup
  • (or maple syrup or honey if preferred)

Directions

  1. Pour the macadamia milk into a small saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over low to medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Whisk in Lion’s Mane powder, maca powder, cacao powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  5. Add the date syrup and whisk again.
  6. Continue warming for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  7. Froth the latte using a milk frother or whisk if desired.
  8. Pour into a mug and serve warm.
  9. Sip slowly and enjoy.
