Ingredients

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • ¼–½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the gnocchi in a bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil first and toss well to coat.
  3. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and chili flakes if using.
  4. Toss thoroughly until all the gnocchi are evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer if needed.
  6. Cook the gnocchi at 200°C for about 12–15 minutes.
  7. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
  8. Remove once golden and crispy on the outside.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crunchy.
