Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers (peeled)
  • Fresh mint
  • 2 limes
  • 6 medium pears

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the cucumbers into large chunks.
  3. Rinse the mint and use both leaves and tender stems.
  4. Peel the limes and remove seeds.
  5. Wash pears, remove stems and core if preferred.
  6. Cut all ingredients into juicer-friendly sizes.
  7. Juice in this order: cucumbers, pears, mint, then lime.
  8. Collect the juice in a container.
  9. Strain lightly if desired for a smoother texture.
  10. Stir well and serve chilled.
