Creamy Plant-Based White Sauce

Creamy Plant-Based White Sauce

This Creamy Plant-Based White Sauce is rich, smooth, and actually full of flavour — not bland or flour-heavy.

The secret is dissolving nutritional yeast in water first to create a savoury, umami-rich base before building the sauce. Combined with plant butter and milk, it creates a silky, classic-style white sauce that works beautifully in lasagna, pasta, or baked dishes.

It’s a simple technique that completely transforms dairy-free cooking.
