Creamy Blended Quinoa Porridge

Creamy Blended Quinoa Porridge

This creamy blended quinoa porridge is a warm, comforting breakfast that’s naturally high in plant protein and deeply nourishing. By blending cooked quinoa, the texture transforms from grainy to smooth and velvety — creating a rich porridge that feels both satisfying and gentle on digestion.

Naturally sweetened with dates and lightly spiced with cinnamon, it’s the perfect base for stewed fruit, nut butter, granola or coconut yogurt.

It’s also an excellent meal-prep breakfast that keeps well in the fridge and reheats beautifully throughout the week.
