Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Dates (to taste)
  • 1–2 cups milk (plant-based or dairy)
  • Water (for dissolving coffee)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Handful of ice

Directions

  1. Add water and instant coffee into a cup and stir until dissolved to create a cold coffee base.
  2. Add the coffee mixture, banana, dates, milk, vanilla, protein powder, and ice if using into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
