Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 2–3 tbsp coconut sugar or 4–5 soft dates
  • 1–2 tbsp oat milk or water
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add the desiccated coconut, cacao powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, salt, and cinnamon to a bowl.
  2. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Add the nut butter and coconut sugar or mashed dates.
  4. Mix until the mixture starts to come together.
  5. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of oat milk or water.
  6. If too sticky, add a bit more coconut.
  7. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  8. Scoop about one tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
  9. Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.
