Ingredients

  • ¾–1 cup frozen cherries (pitted)
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2–3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Squeeze of lemon (optional but recommended)

Directions

  1. Add coconut water to the blender first.
  2. Add frozen cherries, strawberries, and banana.
  3. Add flax seeds or hemp seeds if using.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and glossy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water and blend again.
  6. Serve immediately
