Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag or 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour hot water over the chamomile tea bag and let it steep for 5–7 minutes to create a strong infusion.
  2. Gently heat the oat or almond milk in a small pot.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using.
  4. Remove the tea bag and pour the warm milk into the chamomile tea.
  5. Froth the milk using a whisk or frother for a creamy, café-style texture.
  6. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
