Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Tiny pinch cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour the hot water over the chamomile tea bag or dried chamomile flowers.
  2. Allow it to steep for about 5–7 minutes to create a strong infusion.
  3. In a small saucepan gently heat the oat milk or almond milk over low heat.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using.
  5. Remove the tea bag or strain the chamomile flowers.
  6. Pour the warm milk mixture into the chamomile tea.
  7. For a café-style latte texture, whisk the milk vigorously or use a milk frother before pouring it into the tea.
  8. Serve warm.
