Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed lavender tea (hot brewed or cold brewed)
  • 1 cup brewed spearmint tea
  • ½ cup freshly pressed blueberry juice
  • (or blended and strained blueberries / berry blend)
  • Crushed ice

Directions

  1. Brew lavender tea and spearmint tea according to package instructions.
  2. Allow both teas to cool completely before using.
  3. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour in the lavender tea and spearmint tea.
  5. Add the freshly pressed blueberry juice.
