Ingredients

  • Pomegranate seeds (175 g)
  • Red grapes (472 g)
  • 6 small red apples
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Remove grapes from stems and set aside.
  3. Prepare pomegranate seeds, ensuring no bitter white pith is included.
  4. Wash apples, remove stems and core if preferred.
  5. Peel the lemon and remove seeds.
  6. Cut all ingredients into juicer-friendly sizes.
  7. Juice in this order: grapes, apples, pomegranate, then lemon.
  8. Collect the juice in a container.
  9. Strain lightly if a smoother texture is preferred.
  10. Stir well and serve immediately.
