  • ⅛ cup of Thai-style lime and chilli dressing
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of pure sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Woolworths gochujang paste
  • ⅛ cup of melted hot coconut oil
  • 2 pieces of Woolworths medium egg noodles
  • Boiling water
  • The juice of 1 lime

Method

    1. Prepare the Ingredients:

      • Finely chop the spring onions and fresh coriander.
      • Crush the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
      • Zest the lime and squeeze out its juice.
    2. Cook the Noodles:

      • Bring a pot of water to a boil.
      • Add the medium egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
      • Drain the cooked noodles and set them aside.
    3. Create the Flavor Base:

      • In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped spring onions, fresh coriander, crushed garlic, grated ginger, and lime zest.
      • Add the Thai-style lime and chilli dressing, soy sauce, pure sesame oil, Woolworths gochujang paste, and melted hot coconut oil to the bowl.
