Again! Simplicity is what makes this smoothie is so delicious. It only contains four ingredients.


  1. Mango‑ lots and lots of it. Use fresh mangos. It just intensifies the taste
  2. 1/3 cup pineapple
  3. One banana
  4. Milk‑ 1 or 2 cups


  1. You know by now, blend it all.
