Ingredients
- Guava (frozen)
- water
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/2 banana
- a can of coconut water
- 1/2 avocado
Method
- Blend the frozen Guava with water in a blender, then strain the mixture to remove the seeds of the Guava. Once sieved, add back the mixture into the blender.
- add the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend everything
- Serve while cold. Enjoy!
