Homemade unsweetened Soya milk

How to make unsweetened soya milk:

Tools required:

  1. Muslin sheet
  2. Blender


  1. 4 cups water
  2. 80 g of raw soya beans


  1. Soak raw soya beans overnight or for 8 hours.
  2. Drain the water from the beans after 8 hours of soaking.
  3. Add the beans to a blender with 4 cups of water.
  4. Blend Until smooth, approximately 2 minutes
  5. Strain the mixture using a muslin sheet or nut milk bag.
  6. Boil the milk and skim the foam off
  7. Simmer milk for 20 minutes and let cool
  8. Once done, strain milk again and store.
