How to make unsweetened soya milk:
- Muslin sheet
- 4 cups water
- 80 g of raw soya beans
- Soak raw soya beans overnight or for 8 hours.
- Drain the water from the beans after 8 hours of soaking.
- Add the beans to a blender with 4 cups of water.
- Blend Until smooth, approximately 2 minutes
- Strain the mixture using a muslin sheet or nut milk bag.
- Boil the milk and skim the foam off
- Simmer milk for 20 minutes and let cool
- Once done, strain milk again and store.
