How to make unsweetened soya milk:
4 cups water
80 g of raw soya beans
Soak raw soya beans overnight or for 8 hours.
Drain the water from the beans after 8 hours of soaking.
Add the beans to a blender with 4 cups of water.
Blend Until smooth, approximately 2 minutes
Strain the mixture using a muslin sheet or nut milk bag.
Boil the milk and skim the foam off
Simmer milk for 20 minutes and let cool
Once done, strain milk again and store.
