Guava smoothie

There is a smoothie for every fruit, and the star of this dish is the Guava! see recipe below



Ingredients

  1. Guava (frozen)

  2. water

  3. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  4. 1/2 cup frozen mangoes

  5. 1/2 banana

  6. a can of coconut water

  7. 1/2 avocado

Method

  1. Blend the frozen Guava with water in a blender, then strain the mixture to remove the seeds of the Guava. Once sieved, add back the mixture into the blender.

  2. add the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend everything

  3. Serve while cold. Enjoy!
